If you encounter an error while running Anvil Studio ™   please do one of the following:
  • Click this to send us comments through email, or
  • Create and send us a diagnostic log file to show what is going wrong:
  • Press and hold the Shift key while you start Anvil Studio.
  • Repeat the steps that caused the error in Anvil Studio to occur.
  • Exit Anvil Studio if it has not already stopped running.
  • A log file will be created that records Anvil Studio's actions and will let us know what it was doing when it failed.
  • Please send the file on your Desktop named AnvilStudioLog.txt to us at: support@AnvilStudio.com
  • If the program stops, please also include any error message or number that appeared on the screen when the program stopped.
